Digital product refund policy
DocToMD sells access to self-serve digital software and a license key. Because the product is delivered digitally and can be used immediately, all paid license purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or for verified payment processing errors.
Before you purchase
Please use the free daily conversion allowance to confirm that DocToMD works for your files and workflow before purchasing paid access. Conversion quality depends on the source file format, structure, and document quality.
Paid access does not include done-for-you conversion work, custom cleanup, consulting, file hosting, access to private webpages, or permission to process content you are not authorized to use.
Limited exceptions
Refunds are considered only for issues that can be verified through payment or delivery records, such as a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, or a completed payment where no license key was delivered. When possible, we may resolve the issue by re-sending or re-issuing the license key instead of issuing a refund.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchase, expected results that depend on source file quality, unsupported expectations, failure to test the free allowance before buying, attempts to process private, paywalled, DRM-protected, or unauthorized content, abuse of the service, or violations of the Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your license key, purchase email, purchase date, and a short explanation. We will review the request under this policy.
Payment provider timing
Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider. Bank and card processing times may vary.
If a purchase is refunded, charged back, or confirmed as fraudulent, the related license key may be revoked or disabled.
